- Vendor is notified automatically: RedBook Inspect will notify the seller via email and SMS, prompting them to start the streamlined identity capture process.
- Easy and secure document collection: The seller uses our web app—no downloads required—to securely submit their selfie, driver’s licence, and bank statement.
- Report generation and delivery: After all documents are submitted, a digital report is generated and delivered to you for review and sharing with the lender. Please note that the ID Capture report will be sent separately from the asset finance inspection report(s).
